ISO Empty Plastic Bottles For Arts & Science Day

vintage-seltzerWill you donate your bottles to arts & science? The Green Team, Garden and Arts + Science Day Committees need your empties to execute a sub-irrigated planter project for the students. And we need a lot of plastic bottles by this Friday March 11th! Please consider donating clean, used 1-liter bottles, 1.5-liter and 2-liter bottles at your earliest convenience. Starting Monday 3.7, we’ll accept bottles from families on a rolling basis via Yvette (in the Parent Coordinator/PTA/Family Office). Teachers + staff: Please leave yours in room 101. Arts + Science Day is Saturday 3.19.16, and we need to collect and prep materials far in advance. Thanks for upcycling your empties!  –Denise

PS: Water, seltzer or sparkling or mineral water bottles only, please.  We can’t store empty soda or sugary drink bottles without the risk of attracting non-beneficial bugs.

PPS: Make this event happen by committing to work a station or be a floater on Saturday March 19th 12-4pm. There are also opportunities to set up the night before and clean up after. See the time options herehttp://bit.ly/1QM1FB0
