The PTA needs your help in the coming weeks for some great events!
The Children’s School Book Fair
When: Nov. 2nd, 4th, and 5th (various times)
The book fair is held on the stage in the gym. On the sign-up form, you can see what time your child’s class will be coming to the fair. The book fair raises money for the PTA and the kids love picking out their own book. This great event only happens with volunteers!
Garden Committee Group Work Day
When: Saturday, November 7th, 11am–2pm
The Garden Committee is holding a group work day. We’ll work together to clean out the annual and vegetable plantings, uproot the monster sunflowers, mulch the perennials and plant some cover crops. Skip the gym and sweat with us in the garden! It’s great toning exercise (I wish we had a photo of last year’s wheelbarrow action!) you’ll feet GREAT afterwards, despite the dirt! Coffee & lunch will be served.
Roots and Community
When: November 14th from 5:30-7:30pm
The FREE event includes cultural stations hosted by Children’s School families sharing indigenous activities and treats, international entertainment, potluck table and adult beverages.

Pizza Friday Second Shift
When: Every Friday, 12 – 1:30pm
This is for 3rd, 4th and 5th grade parents in particular. Big kids like to see their parents at Pizza Friday, too!
