Mr. Joe challenged student teacher Ms. Tessa to a cook-off. The secret ingredient? Inclusions garden zucchini. In one corner, Chef Joe made zucchini sticks. Chef Tessa, in the opposing corner, created a caponata, which also incorporated the controversial avocado “winter” squash.
