The Program
The After School Enrichment Program is sponsored by the PS 372 PTA. The Enrichment Program provides an array of specialized classes taught by teaching professionals either independently or in partnership with a reputable children’s program. Our goal is to provide enrichment classes that are convenient, affordable and of interest to PS 372 families.

Our Enrichment Program runs 3 terms, fall, winter and spring, for 8-10 weeks depending on the calendar year. Please note that important dates and announcements will be posted on this page as well as sent through Konstella.

Enrichment registration has now moved to online! We hope this will be an easier and quicker process for families.


Janine will be available to assist you with this new registration process in the mornings and in the afternoons from 2:00 pm-2:50 pm. If you do not have a computer on hand, or would like to pay by check or cash, you may, but you will have to come to school to meet with Janine. If you are unable to come into the school, please text Janine at the number above and we can set up a time to speak over the phone.

*Please note: checks and cash cannot be left in the AS mailbox with a note of the class you would like. We cannot register your child for you as all registration must now go through the new system.


As we have 3 class cycles, registration happens 3 times per year, 2-4 weeks before each session begins. You may register online or, if you need assistance, please see Janine in the PTA office (off the ICT cafetera). During the registration period, Janine is available in the mornings at drop off and in the afternoons from 2:00 pm-2:50 pm.

Placement in classes is generally first come, first served, however, the Enrichment Coordinator reserves the right to approve registration.

Please note: Janine is available to discuss your children’s individual qualities and needs in order to help find a class that will best encourage and inspire them.

Payment is due at the time of registration. You can also pay with a check made payable to: PTA of PS 372 After School. Please include your child’s full name and class on your check. Cash is also accepted. Check or cash must be handed in to Janine. Payment plans are available. Please contact Janine in the PTA office (off the ICT cafeteria).

If a class does not run due to low enrollment, you will be refunded.

The Enrichment Program does not have the same staff resources that are available during the school day. Please note that we may not be able to adequately serve children who repeatedly require one-to-one supervision. However, we will communicate with and work with families so every that child may have a chance to participate in the program. Repeated unsafe behavior may result in a student’s dismissal from the Enrichment Program. We will communicate with and work with families to try to avoid any such situations.

Enrichment Classes generally run from 3:10 pm-4:40 pm. Some classes may end at 5:15 pm. Please see individual class schedules.

In order to make your child’s school dismissal to the Enrichment Program as seamless as possible PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let their classroom teachers know of their Enrichment Schedule Classes & Days. Please send teachers written notice via backpack of any change in afterschool schedule.

Dismissal is in the gym. Please enter from 1st Street. All students must be signed out by their parent or an adult authorized by their parent. If someone who is not authorized by a parent attempts to pick up a student, the student will not be released to that person until authorization has been obtained. Please note: we share the gym with the KING After School Program. Please do not linger during dismissal and please watch your little ones. We do not want anyone getting hurt.

If your child is attending the KING Program, please indicate that on the registration form. A follow-up email to Janine and is also appreciated.

**Classes DO NOT meet on half days of school.
**Classes DO take place on PreK non attendance days. PreK students may come back to school to attend class. Please arrange with Janine.

A light snack is provided. Please send extra snack if needed.
No Nuts allowed.
