The Annual Appeal is one of our biggest fundraisers and helps support the programming that makes our school extraordinary. A suggested donation is a (tax-deductible) $180 per child, which comes out to about $1 for each day of the school year.  But we are also aiming for high participation from our families: any amount, no matter how large or small, is greatly appreciated. 

Just some of the things the PTA funded last year: 

• Mini grants for every classroom, as well as therapists and specialist teachers
• School-wide activities like the Readathon, Field Day, Spring Carnivals and staff appreciation luncheons
• Keeping community events like Roots and Community, the Valentine’s Day Dance and Movie Nights FREE to attend
• Lunch Clubs and Studios, including Bollywood dance, woodworking, game making, myth writing, programming and more.
• Arts enrichment programming like Center for Architecture, Thunderbird Dancers, Music Therapy with the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music, Alvin Ailey dance program and more
• An SLT initiative for sensory corners in each classroom, hallway, gymnasium and cafeteria designed to help students manage their emotions and sensory input, promoting a better learning environment for all.

You can donate all at once or schedule a monthly donation. You can also send an envelope via backpack with a check, NO CASH PLEASE, to the PTA of PS 372 with Annual Appeal in the memo line.  ANY amount, whether big or small, makes a difference!

And please check with your employer for Matching Gift programs.   We are set-up to receive funds through platforms such as Benevity and Frontstream, and will fill out any necessary forms.
