Josh filling in for Ms. Rosa, who went on extended day 4th grade field trip

Playground construction is underway and will go through the summer. We are awaiting a parent facing letter that speaks to the safety measures taken for the removal of dirt. 

Jungle Book kids will perform at the Samuel Stern Award ceremony at Baruch College – May 21st

Reminder that Adelphi street is closed for the summer. All summer students attend Carroll Street site. 

Curriculum Updates from Mr. Frank

Thanks to the SLT CEP subcommittee and Ms Tiffany for arranging the “A Day in the Life of a Middle Schooler” panel.  TCS Alumni returned to help our current 5th graders to know what to expect. 

Spelling Bee – Big Success.  Next year really hope parents will be able to attend.  An Adelphi student placed 3rd today in the D75 Middle School Spelling Bee

Final Round of 23-24 Screeners: May 1st – June 14th 

• Working around state exam testing
• Lower grades almost done. 
• Acadience and MAP Growth
• Next year results will be delivered directly to MySchools accounts
