The mayor has announced a return to school plan. This will include students who opted back into blended learning before the November 15th deadline. We do not know if another window will be offered to opt back into blended learning.

December 7th – All PreK through 5th grade students will return to blended learning at Carroll Street. Carroll Street will remain on an A/B schedule and can not accommodate a 5 day/week option at this time. Monday December 7th is a “B” Day.

December 14th – All students in blended learning will return to Adelphi Street ( we are in discussions with the NYC Department of Education regarding a 5 day a week for families who opted their students into blended learning). December 14th is an in person learning day.

COVID-19 Mandatory Consent Form – Students in 1st through 5th grade who are returning into blended learning as well as new students in blended learning must provide consent for COVID-19 testing on file in order to return. Even if you have already submitted consent, we ask that you do so again to ensure we have the latest consent form on file prior to their start date. Exemptions will be granted in certain limited cases. Please go to your NYC Schools Account (NYCSA) at https://mystudent.nyc/ to fill out this form.

Daily Health Screenings – For those students who will be joining in person learning for the first time, please be sure to fill out your daily health screening for each child https://healthscreening.schools.nyc/ for every day of in-person learning. Teachers will review your building access confirmation for each student prior to letting them into the building.
