Adrienne J. Arkontaky is a partner with the Cuddy Law Firm. PC. Adrienne’s practice focuses on special needs planning, special education advocacy and guardianship for families of children with disabilities.

Adrienne focuses her practice on addressing the legal needs of families with loved ones with disabilities. Throughout her career, she has assisted families obtain appropriate education services for their children, create special needs estate plans that address the unique needs of individuals with disabilities and protect access to government benefit programs, address guardianship issues and assist families and corporate trustees administer special needs trusts. She also represents families in Medicaid and OPWDD hearings. She is committed to providing her clients with personalized service and expertise.
