Help Make the Roots & Community Celebration Great!

Save the Date for Saturday, November 3rd from 5:30-8pm

Roots & Community is a wonderful celebration of our school’s rich ethnic and cultural diversity. This fun, relaxing, and FREE event is a great opportunity to show pride in our families and communities and learn more about each other. Roots and Community features tables offering food, art, music, and activities that represent many of the cultures, countries, or regions of origin of our school community.

Please sign up to participate in this special event! Volunteers are needed for general event help, leading or helping at one of our cultural tables, and bringing food or desserts for our potluck feast! You are welcome to join a table if you do not want to lead a table on your own. You do not have to be a part of the identity that a particular table represents to help at that table.

So far this year, we have cultural tables for Canada, Mexico, China, Jewish heritage, Japan, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, France, and Korea. We would love to have more tables that display our diverse community.

Please sign up on Konstella to volunteer. We look forward to celebrating with you and your family! With your help, the Roots and Community celebration will be another great success!
