Join Captain Quinn and his team of certified instructors for high energy, fun-filled exercise classes designed to introduce boys and girls to fitness, flexibility, and proper nutrition. Working individually, with partners, and in small groups, young fitness “boot-campers” will develop self confidence and leadership skills while discovering the value of teamwork in a fun, safe, non-competitive environment. The dynamic classes include an ever changing combination of easy-to-follow exercises that will improve strength, agility, coordination, and endurance.

Boys and girls of all fitness levels welcome. Ages 8-11 (4th, 5th, and 6th grade)
Cost is $150 per student for the season or $20 per individual class
Right Across From School, located at 10 Whitwell Place (just off Carroll St between 3rd Ave and 4th Ave)
