Special Camp Fair!

RCSN’s Free Special Camp Fair Sat. Jan. 26th!

It may be hard to believe, but the time to think about summer camp is now. Camps open registration in the winter, and space and financial assistance is limited.

Parents can meet experts from over 70 summer programs serving children and teens with special needs at the FREE Annual RCSN Special Camp Fair on Saturday, January 26, 2013 from 11 AM to 3 PM (the Church of St. Paul the Apostle, entrance on Columbus Ave./West 60th St., Manhattan).

Camp Directors and other “in the know” staff will help parents and professionals plan successful summer experiences for children with disabilities, including those who need special supports. Summer camp is a critical way to help close the “summer learning gap!”
Over 4,000 people attend the Fair every year.

The Fair will feature both day camps (New York City) and sleepaway camps (Tri-State area). The Fair will also offer information on tutoring programs, travel programs, remedial education programs, volunteer and job opportunities, and early childhood programs.
Spanish and sign language interpreters will be available.

Visitors to the Fair will receive a free, digital, searchable copy of RCSN’s Special Camps 2013 Directory
