Parents: Please be on the lookout for the bright green envelope in your child’s backpack.

The Parent Survey are given out every year and the purpose of these surveys to help understand the learning environment of each school.

The survey is designed to gather information and then begin to have conversations with members of the school community where improvement is needed.

The survey is in English and Spanish and you would like to save a tree or two and can take the survey online. They will ask for an access code and that access code can be found on the paper version survey that will be going home.

Please take a moment to fill out the survey either online or mail back the paper one. There is a pre-paid envelop enclosed and you can mail it back. IT SHOULD NOT COME BACK TO THE SCHOOL. PLEASE MAIL THEM.
